About This Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Shubham Jada ("I," "me," or "Developer") collects, uses, and shares information when you use applications on the Apple App Store that link to or reference this policy.
This is a general privacy policy for my apps that link to this page. Because features may differ between apps, some apps may collect less data or use fewer third-party services than described below, and some may include additional app-specific disclosures when needed.
What We Collect
You provide
- Name, email, username, password — only if a specific app requires an account
- Content you create or submit within the App
- Support messages and feedback
Collected automatically
- Device model, OS version, identifiers, and similar technical signals needed for app operation or diagnostics
- Crash logs and anonymous diagnostic data
- IP address and approximate region (country/state — never precise GPS)
- Advertising Identifier (IDFA) — only if you grant ATT permission
What we never collect
- Precise location, contacts, camera, or microphone — without explicit permission
- Biometric data of any kind
- Payment card or bank details — Apple handles all billing
- Data from children under 13, knowingly
How We Use Your Data
Third-Party Service Providers
I do not sell personal information. Sharing is limited to providers that may help operate my apps, depending on the features enabled in a specific app:
| Provider | Purpose | When |
|---|---|---|
| Apple Inc. | App distribution, purchases, notifications, platform services | Core platform |
| Google AdMob + UMP | In-app advertising and consent management | If ads are enabled |
| Firebase Crashlytics | Crash reporting and diagnostics | If used |
| RevenueCat | Subscription status and purchase management | If used |
| Apple iCloud | Cross-device sync and cloud storage | If used |
These providers process data under their own terms and privacy notices and only when relevant to the features enabled in a given app. Data may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer if the apps or developer business are reorganized or sold.
Google AdMob & Advertising
Third-party technology — When ads are shown, Google controls ad targeting data collection under their own Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy
Some apps may display Banner, Interstitial, Rewarded, Native, or App Open ads. Where ads are shown, they are labeled as advertising and configured to follow the app's App Store age rating and platform settings.
What AdMob may collect
- Advertising Identifier (IDFA) — only with your ATT permission
- IP address and approximate region
- Device info and ad interaction data
Your controls
- Where required, users in supported regions are shown a consent dialog before personalized advertising is enabled
- Where IDFA is requested, Apple ATT permission is shown before tracking; declining does not block core app access
- In apps that offer paid ad removal or premium access, ads may be disabled for active subscribers
- Change ATT: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → [App Name]
- Opt out of Google ads: adssettings.google.com
In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
- Manage or cancel: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
- Free trials auto-convert to paid unless cancelled before the trial ends
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal
- Refunds: reportaproblem.apple.com
- I receive only a transaction ID and subscription status — no financial data
- In apps that support subscriptions, active subscribers may receive ad-free or reduced-ad experiences depending on the app design
Notifications & Widgets
Push notifications
- Explicit iOS permission always requested before any notification is sent
- Disable anytime: Settings → Notifications → [App Name]
- No marketing or third-party advertising notifications ever sent
Widgets
- Widgets display data from your app and generally do not require separate user data collection beyond the app experience itself
- Data shared between App and widget is stored on-device using Apple's secure App Groups
- Widget data never leaves your device unless iCloud sync is active
Account & Data Deletion
Per Apple's Guideline 5.1.1(v), apps that allow account creation must also allow users to initiate account deletion in-app. Apple began enforcing this requirement for applicable apps in 2022.
For apps with accounts, deletion controls are provided in-app where applicable, typically under Settings → Account → Delete Account. Requested account and personal data are generally deleted within 30 days, unless longer retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or transaction record purposes. For apps without accounts, deleting the app generally removes locally stored data from your device, except for information stored by Apple, backups, or third-party providers you use.
You may also request deletion by emailing moonarkh.dev@gmail.com.
Data Retention & Security
| Data Type | Retention Period |
|---|---|
| Account data | Until deletion + 30 days |
| Crash logs | Up to 90 days, auto-deleted |
| Purchase receipts | Subscription period + 1 year |
| Support messages | Up to 2 years |
| Ad consent records | Until withdrawn by you |
Security measures
- Data in transit is protected using industry-standard encryption such as HTTPS / TLS where applicable
- Sensitive data may be stored using Apple security features such as Keychain Services where applicable
- Platform security controls such as App Transport Security (ATS) may be used where applicable
- PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy privacy manifests included per Apple's requirements
Rights & Choices
Control all App permissions at Settings → Privacy & Security. California residents may email with subject "California Privacy Request" to exercise CCPA/CPRA rights. I do not sell personal data.
Children's Privacy & Global Compliance
My apps are not directed to children under 13 unless explicitly stated in the App Store listing. Where local laws set a higher age for digital consent, I apply those requirements as needed.
If I publish a child-directed app, it will be configured separately to meet the applicable child-privacy and advertising rules for that app, including platform and SDK settings where relevant.
GDPR — European users
Legal bases may include: Contract for account features and purchases, Legitimate Interests for security, diagnostics, and support, Consent for notifications or personalized advertising where required, and Legal Obligation where compliance laws apply. Where a consent tool is available in a specific app, you may withdraw consent there or by adjusting device settings. You may also lodge complaints with your local Data Protection Authority (DPA).
International transfers
Because service providers such as Apple, Google, Firebase, RevenueCat, or cloud infrastructure providers may process data in multiple countries, your information may be transferred to and processed outside your country of residence. Where required, I rely on appropriate contractual, organizational, or legal safeguards for such transfers.
Policy updates
This policy may be updated periodically. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes may be highlighted in-app, on this page, or through another appropriate notice depending on the app and the nature of the change.
Get in Touch
For privacy questions, data requests, copyright issues, or any concerns — I aim to respond within 30 business days. Please do not share sensitive personal information (such as health, racial origin, political, or religious details) unless it is strictly necessary for your request.
For access, correction, or deletion requests, please email from the address associated with the relevant app account if possible and include the app name, your request, and enough information for me to verify and process it. I may ask for reasonable verification before completing certain requests.
